We are VaultCloud, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Senior Software Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Drive architectural decisions aligned with long-term product goals
- Improve system reliability, performance, and observability
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure
- Identify and address technical debt to keep the codebase healthy
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
- Lead code reviews and mentor engineers across the team

- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
