We are EdgeCompute, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Principal AI Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with engineering to integrate data products into the platform
- Drive experimentation frameworks and A/B testing infrastructure
- Develop ML models and deploy them to production environments
- Monitor data quality and build alerting systems for anomalies
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL workflows
- Design and optimize data warehouse schemas for performance
- Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders

- Strong external presence through publications, talks, or open source
- Demonstrated impact at the company or industry level
