We are ApexStream, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Platform Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and address technical debt to keep the codebase healthy
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure
- Lead code reviews and mentor engineers across the team
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs

- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
