We are MosaicDigital, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Mid-Level iOS Developer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Lead code reviews and mentor engineers across the team
- Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
- Contribute to engineering roadmap planning and sprint execution
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Identify and address technical debt to keep the codebase healthy
What We're Looking For:
- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
