BlueprintDev is a fast-growing technology company building marketing tools for modern teams. We are fully distributed and passionate about solving hard problems at scale. As a Mid-Level Brand Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our culture from anywhere in the world.

What You'll Do:
- Manage paid advertising budgets across Google Ads and social platforms
- Collaborate with design and product teams on go-to-market strategy
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Track and report on KPIs including CAC, conversion rates, and LTV
- Manage SEO strategy including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
