About the Role

We are BrightPath Systems, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our marketing team is growing and we need a Lead Marketing Analyst to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Manage SEO strategy including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Create and oversee content strategy across all owned channels
- Track and report on KPIs including CAC, conversion rates, and LTV
- Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for ROI
- Collaborate with design and product teams on go-to-market strategy

What We're Looking For:
- Experience leading and growing high-performing teams
- 7+ years of progressive experience in your field
- Track record of defining and executing on strategic initiatives
- Deep expertise in your domain with a broad technical perspective
