We are NexGen Digital, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Lead Frontend Developer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Improve system reliability, performance, and observability
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts
- Contribute to engineering roadmap planning and sprint execution
- Identify and address technical debt to keep the codebase healthy
- Lead code reviews and mentor engineers across the team
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs

- Deep expertise in your domain with a broad technical perspective
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
