We are MosaicDigital, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Junior iOS Developer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Drive architectural decisions aligned with long-term product goals
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
- Identify and address technical debt to keep the codebase healthy
- Contribute to engineering roadmap planning and sprint execution
- Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise
- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
